We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, unused, and the seal not broken, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any product that has been opened or used is not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your product order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will promptly exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You may return an unopened and unused product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund; however, you are responsible to pay all shipping costs for these returns. We will process your refund within 15 days after our receipt at our offices of the returned merchandise by acting to initiate or request a credit to your debit card or credit card account that you used to make the purchase. We do not control the timing of when your bank or card issuer actually posts the credit to your account, all we can control is the timing of our actions to initiate or request the credit with your bank or card issuer. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
